Returns & Exchanges
Need to return something? It's easy at Absolute Sport Socks! Pending inspection, we can accept returns for most merchandise for up to 60 days from your date of receipt, and we will be pleased to issue a refund of your purchase price minus shipping fees which are not refundable. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases, you'll receive a refund more quickly. As you may expect, we only accept items in unused, resalable condition with its original packaging intact. Once the tags are removed, the item is no longer eligible for return.
Please read below for specific instructions regarding your merchandise return:
60 Day Return Details:
To be accepted for return, items must be in the original purchase condition including the original packaging. Any item that you receive with tags must be returned with all tags intact and attached. The item must not have any sign of wear including stretched, tags removed, debris or animal hair on socks etc. All packaging must be unmarked and not defaced in any way. You'll receive notification via e-mail when your refund (if applicable) is processed. Once the tags are removed, it is considered "used" and not eligible for return/exchange/refund.
Returned merchandise that does not meet these requirements will be discarded with no refund issued. When returning items in "used" condition, the customer will have to pay an additional $5 re-shipping fee if you want us to ship the item back to you. (if not already discarded). Under certain circumstances, return shipments may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please allow 15 -20 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. After your merchandise is accepted for refund, a credit for the purchase price will be issued in the same form of payment as your original purchase and we will notify you by email when the refund has been processed.
* Please Note: If you took advantage of a FREE shipping special and the total of your order is reduced to less than the qualifying amount by returns, the actual shipping charges will be retroactively deducted from the total of the refund due. ** On the rare occasion if we receive an order returned & exchanged for the 2nd or 3rd time, we will use the date of the original order to determine if it is eligible for return at all at that time. If it exceeds the 60 days time from the date of the original order, the item will be discarded and no refund/credit issued.
Returning an Item by Mail:
Please complete the return/exchange form on the back of the packing slip included with your order. Be sure to fill out the form completely. Send your package back using the shipper of your choice. Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for returns lost/damaged in transit. Keep your shipping receipt until your account is credited.
Exchanging an Item:
Absolute Sport Socks makes exchanging items easy. Please complete the return/exchange form on the back of the packing slip included with your order. Indicate both the item(s) being returned for exchange (highlight or circle on the front of the packing slip) and on the back of the form indicate the new item(s) desired. Please include credit card information as we treat returns and exchanges as separate transaction. In order to avoid delays processing your exchange, we treat it as a new transaction and your credit card will be charge for the cost of the item and the $5 reshipping fee. Returning a Gift:
When returning a gift for refund, at this time, Absolute Sport Socks is only able to provide the refund directly to the purchaser of the gift. If you would like to exchange your gift for another item, we will be glad to do so. Please refer to our exchange policy in the section, Exchanging an Item.

No returns will be accepted for items purchased over 60 days.
Incorrect Merchandise Received If you received an item in error, please contact our Customer Service Department with 10 days of receipt at 1-877-532-6588 or email us at AbsoluteSportSocks@AbsoluteSportSocks.com. We will make arrangements to have the correct item shipped to you and provide a postage paid return bag. Claims received past the 10 days will not be honored.
Damaged/Defective Merchandise Returns If an item you receive is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service Department with 10 days of receiving the order at 1-877-532-6588 or email us at email@example.com for further instructions on how to return this item. Claims received past the 10 days will not be honored.
